Dilapidation Reports

A dilapidation report documents the existing condition of surrounding properties prior to and after completion of new residential and commercial buildings.

This specialised building inspection report notes any pre-existing issues or defects to each of the adjoining properties including council property, so that any problems or claims that may arise after construction are then able to be compared, it is usually a D.A requirement from council for larger residential projects and commercial buildings.
